Welcome to Horizon Estate, Pantelleria. By accessing our website, booking our accommodations, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. General Information

  • Horizon Estate operates as an agriturismo / rural accommodation in Pantelleria.
  • These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings, stays, and services provided through our website, by email, or directly on site.
  • By confirming a booking, the guest acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms.

2. Reservations

  • Reservations can be made online via our website, by email, or through third-party platforms.
  • A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email from Horizon Estate.
  • Guests must provide accurate personal information when making a reservation.

3. Payments

  • Payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, or other options indicated on our website.
  • In some cases, a deposit may be required to secure the booking. The balance is payable before or upon arrival, as specified in the booking confirmation.
  • Guests can also use the “Make a Payment” page on our website for agreed amounts.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be communicated by email.
  • Free cancellation may apply up to a certain number of days before arrival (the exact period is specified in the booking confirmation).
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a charge equivalent to part or all of the stay.
  • In case of force majeure (natural disasters, travel restrictions, etc.), Horizon Estate reserves the right to offer rescheduling instead of refund.

5. Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in: from 2:00 pm
  • Check-out: until  10:30 am
  • Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

6. Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests must respect the property, facilities, and surrounding environment.
  • Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms.

  • Any damage caused to the property may be charged to the guest.

7. Liability

  • Horizon Estate is not liable for:
    • Loss or theft of personal belongings during the stay.
    • Injuries or accidents occurring outside of our control.

  • Guests are advised to have their own travel insurance.

8. Use of Facilities

  • Some facilities (Outdoor Kitchen, Rooftops, Terrace, Garden) are shared among guests and must be used respectfully.
  • Events or gatherings must be approved in advance by the management.

9. Personal Data & Privacy

  • Horizon Estate collects and processes personal data strictly for reservation and service purposes.
  • We comply with applicable data protection laws (GDPR).

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by Italian law.
  • Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in [Trapani / Sicily].
